This patient was self-referred after seeking a second opinion. A diagnosis of Acute PAP was made and we instrumented and cleaned as normal with a direct composite core. A crown was advised. Note the lateral canal that we managed to fill. Advice- This is achievable with correct activation of irrigants and down pack techniques.
